Coriander Dressing

This bright and zesty dressing can be used in salads, as a marinade for meats and vegetables or even as a dipping sauce on the side.

Coriander is a great for detoxification and is rich in Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron.

Servings: ½ cup

Ingredients

1 bunch fresh coriander, washed, finely chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice. 

3 cloves garlic, crushed

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ tsp sea salt

Ground black pepper

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a large screw top jar with lid. Shake until very well combined. Store in the jar in the fridge.

Recommendations

This dressing is wonderfully chunky making it great to use as a dressing as well as a sauce.
