Coriander Dressing

This bright and zesty dressing can be used in salads, as a marinade for meats and vegetables or even as a dipping sauce on the side.
Coriander is a great for detoxification and is rich in Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron.

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh coriander, washed, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
3 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt
Ground black pepper
Steps
- Place all ingredients in a large screw top jar with lid. Shake until very well combined. Store in the jar in the fridge.
