How does HaltH work?

When you become a HaltH member we connect you to various sources of health funding that you are eligible for. When you make a payment in the HaltH app you are paying the gap between what the funder is providing and what the service costs. HaltH automatically processes the transaction with your funding sources to make sure you get the most benefit. The HaltH research team is constantly on the hunt for new sources of funding to empower your healthy best.

Who provides the funding?

HaltH connects members to an expanding range of funding sources. Currently we work with the Australian Government to access medicare funding for members to get even healthier. HaltH will soon be working with health and life insurers to empower their members and insure that HaltH members get access to the best cover.

Where can I use the funding?

Funding through HaltH can currently be used at the following providers: Audiologists, Chiropractors, Dieticians, Exercise physiologists, Mental health workers, Occupational therapists, Osteopaths, Pathology, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Psychologists, and Speech pathologists

How do I use funding HaltH connects me to?

Members use funding by paying for the services within the HaltH app at the time the service is provided. The HaltH app will automatically confirm how much funding is available and only charge the member the remaining gap.

What happens if I don’t use all the funding?

Members are not required to use the funding however unused funding will not be rolled over.

Is HaltH safe and secure to use?

Your security is our priority. HaltH has been built with a range of security features and services to help keep your account secure, including fraud protection, multi-factor authentication, and encryption to protect your information. We also protect our network of members and providers with a thorough screening process before they gain access to our services.
